ABOUT CHESAPEAKE INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE

Chesapeake Integrative Medicine is a locally-owned and operated private medical practice specializing in the evaluation and certification of patients seeking medicinal cannabis. Founded in 2019 by Certified Nurse Practitioner, April Motovidlak and Doctor Michele Williams, Chesapeake Integrative Medicine’s mission is to provide compassionate care and comprehensive medical marijuana evaluations to patients diagnosed with a qualifying condition.

In order to legally purchase and possess medical marijuana, one must undergo an evaluation by a medical professional. Noticing a need for such certified professionals on the Eastern Shore, April and Michele decided to continue their path to healing by becoming licensed medical cannabis providers. With this additional certification, April and Michele are able to evaluate and certify patients to receive medical cannabis for the treatment of an array of medical ailments to include post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic pain, seizures, and much more.

Chesapeake Integrative Medicine provides a professional, safe, relaxing environment, for each patient to receive compassionate, customized care related to the individualized certification for medical cannabis. Providers consult with each patient, going over the benefits and risks associated with medical cannabis treatment for his/her current medical condition or ailment. Providers will address all concerns and answer any questions you may have relating to your certification. Chesapeake Integrative Medicine welcomes you to reach out with any questions you may have.
